Privacy Policy

The application form on this site is the only place that collects personal information. When you submit it, these fields are recorded:

• —Your name
• —Your email address
• —The role you select from the dropdown
• —The message you write describing your workflow
• —The date and time you submitted the form

This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. There is no tracking pixel and no behavioural profiling. I do not know who visits this site unless you submit the form.

The site stores a single browser preference locally to remember your light or dark theme choice. That preference never leaves your device and is not personal information.

When you submit the form, your details are sent to two services that process data on my behalf:

• —Make.com, an automation service that routes the submission to my inbox so I can reply.
• —Supabase, a hosted database where submissions are stored so I can keep track of applications.

I use your information for one purpose: to read your application and reply to it. I review every submission myself.

I do not add you to my newsletter from this form. Subscribing to The AI Maker is a separate action you take on Substack, under Substack's own privacy policy. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

Applications are retained for up to 24 months so I can refer back to earlier conversations. After that they are deleted. You can ask me to delete yours sooner at any time.

You can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email me and I will action the request within 30 days. If you are in the UK, EU, or another region with equivalent data protection law, these rights apply to you regardless of where I am based.

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored by the providers named above under their own security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not include confidential business information, credentials, or sensitive personal data in the form.

If I change how information is collected or used, I will update this page and the date at the top of it.
